The second month's payment is required upfront before the pass can be sent out. Payments can be made directly to Q-Park's bank account with HSBC. Once the payment is made, the receipt can be sent to sales@q-park.co.uk to expedite the processing of the Season Ticket. Once all steps are completed, the Season Ticket will be processed and sent out within 5 working days, or in time for the contract start date if this is in the future. When pre-booking, you pay online at the time of booking. If not pre-booking, you can pay at the pay machine using the methods available - this is shown on the tariff board and pay machines at the car park and on each car park page on the website. You can also use our contactless option, Tap & Go, when available.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the day after the order was made.To exercise the Right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform Q-Park of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail).
